Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These terms govern your use of END. (the "App"), including the conditions, procedures, and the rights and obligations between you and the App.

2. Services

The App provides the following services:

• Category selection and question prompts
• Guided breathing exercises
• Decision results (YES/NO) with quotes
• Decision Lock to finalize decisions
• Decision history archive and statistics
• Reflection reminder notifications (local)

3. Data Storage

• The App operates without an account system; no login is required
• All data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to external servers
• Uninstalling the App permanently deletes all data and cannot be recovered

4. Restrictions

The following actions are prohibited:

• Circumventing or disabling the App's technical protections
• Reverse engineering or decompiling the App's code
• Copying or distributing the App for commercial purposes

5. Advertising and In-App Purchases

• The App displays banner ads to support its operation
• No ads are shown during breathing exercises or Decision Lock
• You can opt out of personalized ads through your device settings
• You can remove ads entirely through an in-app purchase

6. Disclaimer

• Results provided by the App (YES/NO) are for reference only; the App is not liable for decisions made based on these results
• The App is not responsible for data loss caused by device issues
• Backing up data stored through the App is the user's responsibility

7. Intellectual Property

All design, code, and content (including questions and quotes) in the App are the intellectual property of the App's operator.

8. Changes to These Terms

If these terms are updated, we will notify you at least 7 days in advance through in-app notices or update notes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. In the event of a dispute, the Seoul Central District Court shall have jurisdiction.
